Watching The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.  They love Snoopy since they met him at Cedar Point.

Making the same faces their pumpkins are!

Our sweet, happy baby is rolling all over the living room.  She tends to get stuck under the edge of the couches, but she loves being on the move!

The girls had a Halloween party and parade at school on Thursday.  They were beyond excited to finally get to wear their new princess dresses and accessories!  Chris and I were really looking forward to it, too.  Maddie is Cinderella this year, and Lena is Princess Tiana.  The parents and siblings were invited to stay for the parade around the gym soon after school started.  The kids basically just walked in a circle around the gymnasium so everyone could see their costume, then they returned to their classrooms.  The read books and did art projects on Halloween, had specials snacks, and of course wore their costumes the entire day.  Lena must have gone potty sometime during class, because when we picked her up the entire bottom layer of her dress was tucked into her leggings.  They looked adorable and had a great day.  Their friend Zoe is also a Disney princess this year.  We snagged a photo with her before she went into her class.

We finally had Jolie baptized last Saturday.  It sort of hit me a few weeks ago that M and L were baptized when they were four months old, and if I wanted to be able to use one of the dresses Chris's grandma had made for them that I better get my butt in gear.  Not only that, it was just something I had been meaning to do since she was born.  I took the class at church and scheduled the service for a week and a half later.  Fortunately, we have amazing family and friends, and there was an exceptional turn out for the ceremony- regardless of the short notice.  Our good friends Ed (one of Chris's best friends since childhood) and Colleen (our neighbor who we quickly became friends with and who has an unbelievable knowledge of our faith) are Jolie's godparents.  There were three girls baptized Saturday night, and they were all angels.  Not one cried the entire time!  We invited everyone to our house beforehand for an early dinner, and we returned here after the baptism for our family's favorite strawberry cake.  Our family also joined us for a "baptism breakfast" (as Maddie and Lena called it) the next morning.  It was a fantastic weekend with our loved ones.  It just once again reminded us of how lucky we are to have so many supportive people in our lives...not to mention our three beautiful children and each other.

I found M and L with these things in the floor this morning.
Me:  Girls, what are you doing?
Them:  Uh, nothing (running away).
Lena: (a few minutes later during breakfast) Mom, maybe someone broke the crayons on accident.
