Walt Disney World- Magic Kingdom 1

Breakfast in our rooms before the Magic Kingdom.

First visit- amazed with Cinderella's castle
 Tinkerbell!

Periwinkle- Tink's sister. Again, Jolie was intrigued, but didn't want to be touched.

 Riding on Aladdin's magic carpets

 Jasmine and Aladdin
 The Fairy Godmother

One of the million parades- lots of music and lots of dancing

Lena was exhausted at the end of this day.  Probably from all the dancing!
Maddie told me she wasn't old enough to drive when it was our turn.  I told her only at Disney World she was.  She smiled and climbed in behind the wheel.  And gave me whiplash.
 Lena and dad
Grandma getting out of her car.  Maddie said, "We beat you!"

Waiting for the light parade to start.  It was a family favorite, so we watched it again the last night too.

We stayed for the fireworks and Tinkerbell flying from the castle.  It was well worth having to carry the sleeping little ones back to the hotel.

Walt Disney World- Hollywood Studios

This is right after we told the girls we were leaving for Disney World the next morning...before it sank in.

On our way!  Maddie was a little nervous the first flight, but by the second leg she told me she didn't need to hold my hand anymore cause she was brave.
We stayed at the Disney World Dolphin (Sheraton), and it was HUGE!  Lots of restaurants, pools, and connected to Disney though not a Disney property.
Waiting for the water taxi to take us to Hollywood Studios.

Jake from Jake and the Neverland Pirates- a favorite in our house recently.
Meeting the Mouse- we were all very excited to see him on the first day, but none of us were more excited than Jolie.  She just didn't want to touch him.

 Meeko from Pocahontas
 Honey I Shrunk the Kids
 Muppets in 3D

M and L had their first field trip with their preschool week before last.  We went to the pumpkin patch on a cold, rainy morning.  Nothing could have dampened the spirits of M and L.  They were looking forward to this for weeks!  They played games, went down the huge pumpkin slide, touched the animals in the petting zoo, went on a hayride, and picked their pumpkins.  Jolie had just as much fun as they did!

Wednesday evening was M and L's night to invite someone special to come to their classroom.  They invited me...there were no other options :) We did a craft together, they showed me how they participated during story time, we ate a snack, and they taught all the parents one of their favorite class songs (pictured above).  It was fun to see them so confident and at ease interacting with their teachers and friends.
