We may end up with about a foot of snow before this storm passes over us. It was snowing so hard this afternoon they closed Abercrombie's home office, and Chris was home around 3:30. As you can see, Max loves the snow. He played and played in it while Chris shoveled the driveway. Every once in a while Chris would throw a shovel full of snow at him, and he would jump into the air and bite at it. Maddie watched from the window. Lena tried on dad's hat after he came inside. As soon as she realized how wet it was, she wanted it off.
Speaking of wet, did I mention I found both of the girls playing in the toilet a week or two ago? Twice. Gross. I just realized I forgot to add it on an earlier post. I had run upstairs, and by the time I came back down, they were both elbow deep (wearing long sleeved sweaters) in the toilet. I about had a heart attack. Did you know kids can drown in those things? Not sure why, but this is one of the things that worries me most. The other is them being able to open and reach into all of our kitchen drawers. I am terrified I will turn around and one of them will be holding a knife! Chris is going to child proof them soon...hopefully this weekend.

I think the girls are going to look back and say, "hey daddy, what were you thinking when you got that hat?"
